PURPOSE:

The webside aim is to accompany transplanted patients and improve their well-being (users). The personal data purpose is the management of the user´s registration on the website https://transplantgo.com, which includes the interactivity of the user with the website: a) Facilitate the necessary advice from 10 specialists to the users through entertaining short videos; b) The user will be able to navigate through the gamified environment, visualizing the contents and unlocking successive levels with incentives during the evolution that will reward performance. (Ex: download of heart-healthy recipes, exercises, risk calculator); c) The platform will have a space to write down doubts and questions to be shared with the healthcare specialists, facilitating communication during follow-up visits.
