PURPOSE
https://transplantgo.com hosts the first training and entertainment platform that brings together 10 experts to accompany transplanted patients and improve their well-being. The platform objectives are: (i) ease physician-patient communication in clinical patient care; (ii) provide quality health information in an entertaining way; (iii) accompany and train patients in their new lifestyle after transplant; (iv) promote patient adherence.
In order to achieve the objectives, the platform includes (i) a gamified audiovisual program; (ii) has the participation and advice of 10 experts from 10 disciplines; (iii) is provided of a rigorous content supervised by experts in a patient friendly format; (iv) has simple evaluations that facilitate and encourage the formative evolution of the patient.
1) GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Conditions regulate the services of the website https://transplantgo.com that EDICIONES MAYO makes available to interested users (transplanted patient). The use of the WEBSITE attributes the condition of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions. If the user does not agree with the General Conditions, he/she will not have the right to use the WEBSITE or the services it offers. If the user wishes to register to the WEBSITE, he/she, must read and accept the Legal Notice of Privacy Policy associated with the personal data registration form associated with each process.
2) ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITES IS FREE
The provision of the services of the WEBSITE by EDICIONES MAYO to the user is free of charge and requires a previous registration.
The access to the WEBSITE is reserved to healthcare professionals and patients.
The register will allow the transplanted patient to:
Access to necessary advice through entertaining short videos.
The patient will be able to navigate through the gamified environment, visualizing the contents and unlocking successive levels with incentives during the evolution that will reward performance. (Ex: download of heart-healthy recipes, exercises, risk calculator).
The platform will have a space to write down doubts and questions to be shared with the healthcare specialists, facilitating communication during follow-up visits.
3) MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES
EDICIONES MAYO reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time, without prior notice, the presentation or configuration of the WEBSITE, as well as the services offered and the General Conditions. These modifications will be to improve the services presented to the user, according to market trends, improve and/or update the WEBSITE and adapt to the applicable regulations at all times. If the modifications applied may have an impact on the rights and freedoms of the subjects, these will be duly communicated to the users.
4) CORRECT USE OF THE WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The user agrees to use the WEBSITE, its contents and services in accordance with the Law, these General Conditions, good customs and public order. In the same way, the user is obliged not to use the site https://transplantgo.com, the content and the services provided in it for illegal purposes or effects, contrary to the content of these General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties or, in any way, may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the WEBSITE, its content or services or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the WEBSITE by other users.

This Legal Notice must be previously and expressly accepted by the user before he/she can send the personal data to EDICIONES MAYO and it can carry out the action for which the personal data requested are required.

EDICIONES MAYO guarantees that it will treat your personal data confidentially. The server where the data is stored is also equipped with the necessary security measures to prevent access to the data by unauthorized third parties and accomplishes the GDPR.

EDICIONES MAYO does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the contents that may cause alterations to your computer system (software and hardware) or other devices or to the electronic documents and files stored in your computer system or in other devices. EDICIONES MAYO excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of a virus or the presence of other elements in the contents that may produce alterations in the computer systems, mobile devices, electronic documents or files of the users.
EDICIONES MAYO will do its utmost to guarantee the security of the information provided by users. However, it cannot guarantee that the transmission of information will be totally secure.
Without prejudice to the levels of security protection of the legally required personal data, the installation of all the technical means and measures within the reach of EDICIONES MAYO to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided, the user knows and is aware that security in the Internet environment cannot be guaranteed one hundred percent.
